Professional Custom Homes Ltd is looking for a motivated individual for the position of Site Supervisor.

As a member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of construction sites.

**Site Supervisor Requirements and Qualifications**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Supervising and instructing subcontractors
- Ensuring homes are built to spec and to quality standards.
- Coordinating with the design team
- Site maintenance - ensure the sites are clean throughout the course of construction.
- Building positive trade relations. Stakeholder management skills are a must.
- Construct projects by planning, organizing, forecasting and controlling projects for successful on-time deficiency-free completion.
- Provide schedules to subcontractors.
- Maintain safety and quality standards.
- The ability to assist, when needed, with on-site hands-on tasks including but not limited to: site prep, framing, drywall, flooring, finish carpentry, painting, landscaping and other odd tasks.
- Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- All other duties as required.
- Have a working knowledge of project management tools and techniques.
- Working knowledge of Kanban methodology is an asset.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand how these are interconnected with specs.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written.
- Ability to work with a diverse group of people. Understand how to provide instructions through the lens of cultural sensitivity objectively.
- Strong Project Management capabilities
- Ability to forecast workload and organize it to reduce bottlenecks.
- Work well under pressure.
- Excellent decision-making skills.
- Minimum 5 years of experience.
- A college diploma

Construction sites aren't perfect, requiring on-the-fly modifications that marry cost-effective delivery focus and high quality to ensure the project meets its targets.

**Salary**: $70,000.00-$85,000.00 per year
