**Key Responsibilities**:

- Plan, schedule, and publish visuals across multiple hospitality and residential brands
- Handle community engagement by responding to guest inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely, on-brand voice
- Assist in influencer campaign development, including outreach and content coordination
- Source, vet, and coordinate with influencer and ambassador applicants
- Assist with packaging and trafficking digital ad content
- Manage guest communication across digital channels, ensuring a seamless and brand-aligned tone
- Work collaboratively with designers, marketers, and property teams to align on brand storytelling
- Manage and maintain a centralized content library to ensure easy access to approved assets and visuals
- Coordinate, gather, and create engaging video content for residential and hospitality channels, ensuring alignment with brand voice and storytelling objectives
- Assist in researching, writing, and sourcing imagery for blogs across brand websites
- Familiarity with basic video editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, or CapCut) is a plus; experience in creating short-form or social media content is a bonus.

**What You Bring**:

- 1+ years of experience in social media or digital marketing, ideally in hospitality, lifestyle, or real estate
- A sharp eye for visual content and understanding of brand aesthetics
- Strong written communication skills and a knack for digital engagement
- Experience with social media scheduling tools, influencer platforms, and light content creation
- Proactive, collaborative, and genuinely excited about connecting with audiences
- Skilled at balancing current tasks with upcoming brand and project launches
