**Key Responsibilities**
- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on all brewery equipment, including packaging lines, brewhouse systems, and facility utilities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime and maintain efficient production operations.
- Collaborate with the production team to ensure all machinery operates at peak performance.
- Conduct inspections, diagnostics, and repairs on brewing and packaging equipment.
- Maintain and update records of maintenance schedules, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Work closely with vendors and contractors for equipment repairs, upgrades, and installations.
- Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with regulatory and industry standards.
- Assist in the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance and facility operations.
- Support equipment modifications and installations to enhance brewery processes.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to all sanitation and GMP requirements.

**The Successful Maintenance Technician will have**:

- Previous experience in maintenance roles within a brewery, food & beverage manufacturing, or an industrial setting.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and automation systems.
- Hands-on experience with troubleshooting PLC systems, pneumatic controls, and hydraulic systems.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional departments.
- A safety-first mindset with a proactive approach to maintenance and equipment reliability.

**Though not required, it would be great if you have experience with**:

- Preventive maintenance software (CMMS) for scheduling and tracking repairs.
- Welding, fabrication, and machining.
- Refrigeration, HVAC, and boiler system maintenance.
- Knowledge of 3-phase electrical systems and control wiring.
- Understanding of Lean Manufacturing and Continuous Improvement methodologies.

Our FSCC 22000, Organic, Gluten-free and soon Kosher certified facility is state-of-the-art, with an open concept brewery, fully automated brewhouse for production, while our 20hl pilot brewing system can be utilized for recipe development, one-off brews, and smaller batches’, seasonal beers and small scale packaging, including all can formats and party keg filling. In 2022 we invested in state-of-the-art packaging equipment from Krones and filling at speeds of up to 1100 cpm.

- Night shift
