**Bottling Line Maintenance Technician - Evening Shift**

We are seeking an experienced, reliable, and detail-oriented team member to join our production team.

**Role Overview**

The Bottling Line Maintenance Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our bottling and beverage processing lines. You will be responsible for conducting preventive maintenance, diagnosing mechanical and electrical issues, performing timely repairs, and collaborating closely with production leadership to reduce downtime and optimize performance.

This is a hands-on, technical role ideal for someone with strong mechanical aptitude, high standards for cleanliness and organization, and experience working with high-speed food or beverage filling equipment.

**Maintenance & Repairs**
- Perform routine preventative maintenance and inspections according to schedule
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic issues across bottling, capping, labeling, and packing equipment
- Respond to real-time equipment concerns during production to minimize downtime
- Perform mechanical repairs and component replacements with attention to quality and safety
- Ensure all machinery is started up properly and left in good condition for following shifts
- Work closely with line operators and production supervisors to address equipment issues
- Maintain accurate logs of maintenance tasks, repairs, and observations
- Communicate clearly and effectively with team leads and supervisors

**Qualifications**
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience in a food or beverage manufacturing environment
- Strong working knowledge of bottling and beverage processing lines (fillers, cappers, rinsers, labelers, conveyors, etc.)
- Skilled in diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues
- Familiar with preventive maintenance programs, and GMP standards
- Able to read technical schematics and machine manuals
- Excellent communication skills and a strong sense of ownership
- Ability to work flexible shifts and respond quickly to production needs
- Highly organized and meticulous with a proactive approach to equipment care
- Strong communicator who documents work thoroughly and hands off clean, well-functioning machines
- Takes pride in contributing to a high-quality, premium production environment
- Adaptable, solutions-oriented, and calm under pressure

Pay: $24.00-$29.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 40 per week

Additional pay:
