**The Opportunity**
Principals at STRAAD take a big-picture, system-based approach to supporting clients through their toughest business problems. They guide client accounts on a day-to-day basis, cultivate trusting relationship with senior clients, grow our team, and help build STRAAD through business development and market development. Principals bring innovative thinking and executive insight to the table.
**Accountabilities include**:
- Steward exceptional client service through strong account management, client relationship development and strategic delivery of key initiatives for executive level clients.
- Support market growth, actively developing new client relationships and prospects for continued opportunities.
- Focus on STRAAD’s most strategic client mandates, partnering with our clients to bring their vision to life.
- Delivering alongside and leading client engagement teams.
- Being an active STRAAD team member and growing the internal team, taking time to coach and develop others.
- Day-to-day oversight and carer/development support of STRAAD team members including execution of annual and ad hoc HR processes.
- Help to enable STRAAD’s strategic vision through supporting our annual & multi-year strategic priorities.
- Offer ideas and support for STRAAD to continuously ‘raise the bar’ - team learning, methodology enhancement and social impact initiatives.
- Bring innovative thinking and pragmatic insights for operational success and high performance.
- Foster our culture and values, consistently rooting your decisions and behaviours in our values of integrity, humility, agility, tenacity & connectivity.
**A role with STRAAD could be a great fit if you**:
- Have 10+ (Principal) to 15+ (Senior Principal) years' experience in a management consulting and/or client service environment with Organizational Effectiveness expertise (Change Management, Strategy, Operating Model, Organizational Design, Culture, Leadership Alignment & Team Effectiveness etc.)
