**Responsibilities**:
- Provide business analysis consulting services for enterprise projects spanning multiple phases and multiple platforms.
- Support the project team in identifying and addressing training needs for team members as well as clients.
- Work with development team members to craft innovative and potentially complex, cutting edge solutions to address functional gaps.
- Identify new or emerging technologies or capabilities for consideration by project and development teams.
- Maintain product domain expertise including education, evaluation, and dissemination both internally and at the customer level regarding most recent versions, releases, and builds.
- Participate in management and strategy planning and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Conduct routine employee reviews based on the agreed-upon cycle of monthly check-ins and SMART goal setting and monitoring.
- Provide operations and revenue team members with adequate and accurate management data and materials for operational reporting and decision-making.
- Provide reporting and oversight for projects and teams as requested.
- Convey complex requirements to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Define scope, conduct gap analysis.
- Develop solution documents, requirement documents, discovery documents for internal and external review.
- Execute all project work in following Agile methodology.
- Design and develop workflow and functional diagrams to demonstrate proposed solutions to clients and internal teams.
- Continually develop a deeper understanding of the business best practices for associations and nonprofits, particularly concerning the implementation of technology.
- Establish processes, policies, and procedures for individual teams in keeping with fusionSpan policies and procedures.
- Serve as an escalation point and resource for project teams both with internal stakeholders and external stakeholders.
- Identify resource and skill gaps and work with operational team members and leadership to recruit, hire, and train additional staff members.
- Identify and mitigate risks related to projects, personnel, or other relationships.

**Required Skills**:
- 3+ years of business analysis experience with a consulting or professional services firm
- 2+ years of business analysis experience for technology or technology services implementation projects.
- More than 24 months of independently leading business requirements gathering and analysis of implementation projects for related technologies.
- Demonstrated successful solution crafting.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Experience gathering requirements, writing solution documents, and writing SOPs.
- Agile project experience and at least one Agile methodology certification.
- Experience providing quality assurance and/or acceptance testing as a client, vendor, or user is strongly preferred.
- Experience managing or leading a team, preferably a team of consultant
**Nice to have**:
- 1+ years of business analysis experience working in the non-profit or association industry.
