**Who We Are**

**Job Summary**:Under the Supervision the Human Resources Manager the Recruiter performs a variety of staffing related tasks with emphasis on recruitment and selection.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Functioning as a core member of the HR team the Recruiter must be able to drive the complete recruitment cycle including but not limited to:

- Preparation of job postings & descriptions in accordance with company standards;
- Opening and maintaining job postings on approved channels
- Requesting agreements and onboarding from Coordinators
- Assist in developing and providing monthly analytics and reports
- Updating and maintaining accurate job descriptions and organizational charts
- Providing general administrative support to the department as needed
- Other duties as assigned

**Job Requirements**:

- Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
- Experience in an HR Recruitment role, preferably in a service operations organization
- CHRP designation or working towards designation an asset
- Familiarity with HRIS and recruitment systems
- Ability to set priorities and undertake multiple tasks with tight deadlines
- Excellent communicator (written and verbal, formal and informal) as well as strong facilitation skills with a senior audience and ability to simply and concisely communicate complex information
- Strong customer service orientation and quick study
- Fluency in both written and oral English a must, Bilingual skills preferred
- Strong computer skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office Software
- Excellent time management skills/ must adhere to tight deadlines/respond quickly to situations/be able to effectively execute solutions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Effective attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Must be able to handle confidential information in an ethical and professional manner
