**The Opportunity**

You are a results-oriented Group Sales Agent with a record of providing excellence in customer services while generating new sales through relationship building, the growth of customer loyalty, product knowledge and salesmanship. You will be responsible for generating new sales, maximizing margins, maintaining the quality of files and grow customer loyalty through service excellence.

Schedule**: Full time, 35 hours a week
- ** Shift**: Variable and dependent on business needs
- ** Business Hours**: Monday to Friday from 9am to 7pm
- **Work Location**: Blend of Remote Work and In Office, based on a set schedule

**What **You’ll** Do**:

- Respond to incoming calls and assist with product and service inquiries
- Up sell and cross-sell on each call, using the key product and promotional information provided
- Sell optional extras such as group seating, Elite Plus, excursions, gift certificates and insurance
- Fill-in for Group Sales Representative absences as directed by Supervisor
- Maintain product knowledge and participate in ongoing training
- Other duties as assigned

**What **You’ll** Need**:

- Up to 1-year in customer service or related experience
- Excellent communication skills and enjoys working directly with customers
- Detail-oriented, organized and capable of multi-tasking
- Demonstrates initiative with problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work well under pressure, be flexible, reliable & prioritize workload
- Knowledge of Soft Voyage TTS is an asset
