**bout You***:
***

We're looking for a Group Sales Coordinator to join the Group Sales team. You will generate customer loyalty through excellence in customer service, efficiency, expertise product knowledge and selling skills. Provide Group Sales coverage for a variety of roles within the department for vacations and other absences.

**hat You’ll Do***:

- Maintain relationships with temporary accounts assigned for the purpose of building customer loyalty and retention.
- Book group files, issue contracts and invoices, and general file maintenance, with efficiency and accuracy
- Respond to customer enquiries, including quote requests in a timely manner
- Cost quote requests according to commercial guidelines provided.
- Up sell and cross sell on each interaction, utilizing your expert product knowledge and sales skills
- Sell ancillary products such as group seating, Elite Plus, excursions and gift certificates, insurance
- Advise your groups of product and schedule changes, providing viable and commercially sound options for your group
- Continually update product knowledge and participate in ongoing training
- Take calls in queue as scheduled or required
- Meet KPI targets as assigned by Supervisor
- All other duties as assigned

**hat You’ll Need***:

- Previous sales and service experience, 1 year minimum
- Thrives on change, is flexible and enjoys variety of responsibilities
- Demonstrates a passion for customer service excellence
- Shows initiative and strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong inter-personal skills and enjoys working in a team environment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Experience with TTS or other reservations systems an asset
- TICO certification required

**cope**:

- Shift work expected as the Groups Sales in a National team and services all provinces.
- Department hours: Monday to Friday, 9am to 8pm EST.
