About the Role

We are seeking an **energetic Executive Assistant** to support a **fast-moving CEO** with **research, outreach, and recruiting support**.

**This is a role for a true self-starter.** You will **learn on the job, take initiative, and figure things out without constant instruction. There is no formal training provided.** You will receive clear objectives, but how you reach them will depend on your **resourcefulness, energy, and independent learning.**

Key Responsibilities
- Manage CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and communications.
- Conduct research and present clear, actionable summaries.
- Handle outreach and contacting clients, partners, and vendors.
- Support recruiting tasks (posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews).
- Execute marketing tasks (social media posting, CRM updates, newsletters, light design).
