Responsibilities:

- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO
- Manage and maintain the CEO's schedule, including arranging meetings and appointments
- Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the CEO
- Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents
- Conduct research and compile data for various projects and reports
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Assist in preparing meeting agendas and taking minutes
- Coordinate and organize company events and meetings

**Skills**:

- Strong administrative skills with experience in an office setting
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders
- Professional-level knowledge of Outlook Calendar for scheduling and organizing appointments
- Knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
- Attention to detail with strong proofreading skills
- Experience working at a front desk or receptionist role is preferred
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
