**Responsibilities**:
Reporting to the Controller, the Billing Clerk will be responsible for the following:

- Process invoices and credit memos daily to clients.
- Processing payments and refunds on and adjustments including credit and debit cards.
- Issuing monthly statements to clients.
- Placing reminder calls to clients for past due invoices.
- Resolve customer inquiries and billing disputes.
- Maintain accurate records of customer payments and account balances.
- All other related duties as required.

Language Skills
- Bilingualism (English / French) considered an asset.
- Must have excellent written and verbal skills.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $48,000.00-$51,000.00 per year
