**Your day to day activities will include**:
Manage all aspects of Bulk logistics throughout supply chain in a Just in Time environment such as:

- Scheduling bulk deliveries daily, addressing and resolving shipment and bulk inventory issues and product returns.
- Collaborate with other internal and external departments and work within tight deadlines set by Customer Service and the Flour Mills.
- Arrange truck and trailer drop offs for repairs, maintenance and internal washes.
- Deal with after-hours calls on a 24/7 basis for any delivery related issues and changes.
- Payroll activities for all drivers.
- Carry out various administrative components related to freight such as detention charges, BOL’s to invoicing department.
- Work directly with Drivers relating to their concerns, holiday requests, sick time, WSIB claims and driver disciplinary action when required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain
- High school diploma/GED required.
- Degree in logistics or related field preferred.
- Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Outlook, and high proficiency in Excel)
- Ability to use and navigate Logistics routing software.
- Working knowledge of legal regulations, Ontario Highway Traffic act and hours of service requirements.
- Experience with the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) considered an asset.
- Ability to independently handle multiple projects.
- High level of analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, negotiating and customer service skills.
