**Role**:
We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Sales Assistant / Receptionist to join our growing team at Crazy Ape Extreme Equipment. In this dual-role position, you will be the welcoming face of our company, providing excellent customer service while supporting our sales efforts. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a youthful, innovative company that values creativity, teamwork, and a passion for performance. No prior experience is required—just a willingness to learn and a positive attitude
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Reception Duties**:
- Manage incoming inquiries about our trampolines, crash pads, and custom equipment options.
- Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area, reflecting our commitment to quality and professionalism.
- Assist with scheduling appointments, coordinating deliveries, and handling basic administrative tasks.
**Sales Support Duties**:
- Assist customers in understanding our product offerings, including trampoline configurations, safety features, and customization options.
- Process orders, prepare quotes, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
- Support the sales team by updating customer records, tracking leads, and preparing sales materials.
- Learn and share knowledge about our high-quality trampolines and crash pads to provide informed recommendations.

**Hours**:Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM CST (flexibility for occasional weekend or evening support may be required).
**Compensation**:Competitive hourly wage based on experience, plus opportunities for performance-based incentives.
Pay: $15.00-$30.00 per hour
Flexible language requirement:
- French not required
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
