Liberty Tax Regina is hiring Office Receptionist for the 2023 tax filing season.

Position: Office Receptionist
Coordinates and manages the initial greeting of customers, incoming phone calls, the appointment calendar, passing out completed returns, and making client packets. The receptionist should also handle other clerical duties as assigned by the office supervisor or general manager. Basic tax knowledge is an important advantage.

- Greets customers in office and determines their service needs
- Answers incoming phone calls with courtesy
- Coordinates client flow, inquiries, and schedules appointments for customers on the phone and in person
- Prepares client service packets and has customers begin appropriate paperwork before their interview
- Calls prior customers to schedule appointments
- Maintains the return filing cabinet, handles return pickups
- Maintains office appearance
- Assists in preparation of courier pouches and receives, organizes and files incoming material
- Handles client complaints professionally and refers customers to the individual who can assist them - Performs most office administrative requirements

Contract length: 3 months
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
