Full time position - dayshift

40 hours/week + overtime

We have supplied Western Canada, Eastern Canada and the territories with high quality miscellaneous structural steel since 2010. We are a fully equipped structural steel shop and we handle all aspects of fabrication including the preparation of steel parts, fabrication and welding, priming/painting, shipments and more

We are searching for an Industrial Painter to join our skilled team.

**Main tasks and responsibilities**:
Ø Individual must be autonomous and possess strong organization/cleanliness skills;
Ø Overhead Crane Experience required;
Ø Some shipping/receiving experience would be an asset;
Ø Maintain a clean and organized shop;
Ø Track and document product as it’s received and completed for shipment;
Ø Coordinate with foreman and shipper/receiver on incoming and outgoing product in the paintbooth;
Ø Prepare pallets or bundles to protect product from damage and allow safe transport to the customer;
Ø Adherence to pre-established standards of performance, shop safety policies and procedures;
Ø Maintain an efficient work environment within the department and on each task;
Ø Consistently punctual and available for 40 hrs/week and overtime as required;
Ø Perform other material handling duties as assigned.

**Terms of Employment**:
Ø Salary: $25-$29 per hour;
Ø Post: Full time permanent position;
Ø Shift: Monday to Friday;
Ø Place of work: 5903 - 45 Street, Leduc, Alberta, T9E 7B3
