**Responsibilities**:

- Application of epoxy/urethane primer and topcoat with airless
- Conventional spray pot experience with metallic and urethane paint
- Knowledge of basic preparation of blasted steel to execute specific surface prep requirements
- Trouble Shoot and Maintain Pumps (Airless, Plural Component XM, Reactors, etc.) as well as HVLP guns and pressure pots.
- Read and understand work orders
- Ensure and document that all coating is completed accurately and meets customer specs
- 100% participation in all aspects of workplace safety including toolbox talks and proper use of workplace PPE
- Actively adhere to company safety procedures and policies
- Perform other duties as required, including effective general clean-up and the accurate and timely completion of paperwork
- Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively in a team environment
- Knowledge and experience of media blasting is an asset

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 2 years’ experience Industrial Painting or Manufacturing
- Attention to detail
- Self-motivated and ability to keep yourself busy

Working Conditions
- 95% working indoors in a temperature controlled well maintained facility.

Physical Requirements
- Physically fit with maximum 50 lbs (overhead crane use over 50 lbs - (fitness test required)
- Standing on your feet for a long period of time.
- Sitting, bending, crouching.
- The ability to wear personal protective gear correctly most of the day

Shift Availability
- We are looking for someone who is flexible to work either shift as the work dictates and weekends.
- Afternoons (Monday to Thursday, 4:00 p.m.2:30 a.m.)
- (Availability during the day to train for the first 1-2 weeks)
- Overtime available, ability to work longer hours when needed
