**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee all daily shipping and receiving operations, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with company standards.
- Supervise and develop the warehouse team, ensuring adherence to safety policies and best practices.
- Maintain accurate inventory records, ensuring materials and finished goods are tracked and stored efficiently.
- Coordinate shipments with carriers, manage logistics schedules, and resolve any freight or delivery issues.
- Ensure finished goods are packaged and staged for on-time delivery to customers.
- Collaborate with production, purchasing, and customer service to align shipping and receiving activities with business needs.
- Implement and monitor KPIs for logistics and warehouse operations.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, and efficiency.

**Qualifications**:

- 3 - 7 years of supervisory experience in shipping, receiving, or warehouse management within the manufacturing sector (durable goods experience preferred).
- Strong leadership and people management skills with the ability to develop and motivate a team.
- Proven ability to coordinate logistics, shipping schedules, and freight management.
- Experience with inventory management systems and materials handling.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations and warehouse best practices.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word).
- Forklift license/certification is an asset.
- Post-secondary education in logistics, supply chain, or a related field would be considered a strong benefit.
