**Supervisor - Lease & Road Construction**

Responsible for overseeing and coordinating lease and access road construction projects in the oilfield. This role requires hands-on supervision of crews and equipment, ensuring that projects are completed safely, efficiently, and on schedule. The supervisor acts as a key liaison between field personnel, contractors, and management, ensuring all work is conducted in compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations.

**Duties**
- Supervise daily operations of lease and road construction activities.
- Coordinate work crews, equipment, and subcontractors to meet project timelines.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety procedures and environmental regulations.
- Oversee site preparation, earthwork, grading, and graveling.
- Conduct site inspections and quality control checks throughout the project.
- Communicate progress, issues, and needs with project managers and dispatch.
- Maintain detailed reports including daily logs, equipment hours, and material usage.
- Troubleshoot problems on site and implement effective solutions.
- Ensure all documentation, permits, and regulatory requirements are in place.
- Train and mentor crew members to ensure productivity and safety.

**Skills**
- Minimum **5 years** of experience in oilfield construction, including **supervisory** experience.
- In-depth knowledge of **lease and road construction** processes and best practices.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage crews and maintain productivity.
- Excellent **problem-solving**, **communication**, and **organizational** skills.
- Experience with operating or managing **heavy equipment** (dozers, graders, excavators, etc.).
- Proficiency in creating and maintaining **daily reports** and documentation.
- Familiarity with safety protocols and **environmental regulations**.
- Valid **driver’s license**:

- Current safety certifications preferred**:H2S Alive, First Aid, Ground Disturbance, CSTS**, **LSE, CSO**etc.
