Pipefitter Supervisor

Newforce Energy Services Ltd. is a diversified oilfield services company with divisions in pipeline, facilities, electrical, and instrumentation. Our Head Office is in Drayton Valley, AB with a secondary location 5 minutes from Sylvan Lake, AB on Highway 11.

Newforce has an opening for an experienced Pipefitter Supervisor in the **Drayton Valley or Sylvan Lake Area.**

**Qualifications and Experience**
- Must be located close to **Drayton Valley or Sylvan Lake Area.**:

- Ability to measure, draft, and communicate project fabrication.
- Experienced in managing projects and customer relations.
- Knowledgeable in industry-standard codes and legislation.
- Steamfitter-Pipefitter trade certification or equivalent experience.
- Proficient with drafting software (Spool Fab, BlueBeam, etc.) preferred.
- Experienced with Robotic Total Station preferred.
- Oilfield safety tickets; H2S Alive, Ground disturbance level 2, First Aid, Common Safety Orientation.

**Job Duties & Responsibilities**
- Make detailed sketches for pipe fabrication and oilfield apparatus installation.
- Assist with cost estimates for clients.
- Work with Quality Control to capture project compliance.
- Efficiently schedule work for projects in an organized timely manner
- Coordinate current and upcoming crew and equipment needs with Dispatchers.
- Lead daily safety meetings.
- Work with the HSE department to complete site inspections.
- Excellent communication.
- Field office paperwork, electronic time tickets, daily progress reports, and electronic safety documentation via SiteDocs.

**Working environment**: Average 10-hour days, weather conditions, changing environment, cramped and awkward positions. Working with heavy tools and materials.
