**About the Role**:
The Policy Services Coordinator is responsible for processing the transactional requests associated with the initiation and management of our life insurance policies. Transactions vary in complexity and this role is expected to maintain a high level of accuracy and productivity, participating in a continuous improvement methodology. The Policy Services Coordinator:

- Reviews and process incoming transactional requests in a timely and accurate manner
- Provides strong member service through clear and concise communication (written and verbal)
- Participates in ongoing training to support cross-functional accountabilities
- Generates process improvement recommendations
- Problem-solves when members present with atypical requests/scenarios

Policy Services Coordinators may also:

- Provide a high level of service to our members and advisors through our Member phone line, answering questions and taking member instruction within set parameters. Individuals assisting with the Member phone line work a shifted schedule of weekdays, 11am - 7pm.

**What You Bring to the Table**:

- At least one year of relevant individual insurance and/or investment services industry knowledge
- Proven ability to manage multiple high priority deliverables
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
