**Job Overview**
Transway Group is seeking a dedicated and experienced **Owner Operator/Cargo Van/Own personal Car Driver** to join our logistics team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering parcels and transporting goods efficiently and safely while upholding exceptional customer service standards. As an Owner Operator, you will utilize your own vehicle to ensure timely and professional deliveries.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Operate your own vehicle to transport parcels and goods to various locations.
- Perform loading and unloading of products, which may involve heavy lifting.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, warehouse staff, and customers to coordinate deliveries.
- Ensure compliance with all transportation regulations and safety standards.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including logs and delivery confirmations.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries or concerns during deliveries.
- Conduct routine inspections of your vehicle to ensure safe operation.

**Requirements**:

- **Vehicle must not be older than 3 years (2023 or newer).**:

- Minimum 3 years of courier driving experience with a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and moving tasks as needed.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations and logistics processes is preferred.
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely deliveries.

Pay: $40,249.47-$70,345.68 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
