Nepean, Canada BG Excavating Limited Full time

BG Excavating Limited is hiring a **Class G - Delivery Driver/Yardhand** for our construction sites located throughout the City of Ottawa. The Delivery Driver/Yardhand will be required to operated company vehicles in compliance with BG's Health and Safety Policy.

**Task and Responsibility**
- Thorough knowledge of the City of Ottawa roads and Highway Traffic Act.
- Perform daily vehicle inspection in compliance with Ministry of Transportation guidelines.
- Pick Up and Deliver supplies and equipment to and from construction sites.
- Organize company tools and supplies at the yard.

**Employment Requirement**
- Must occupy a Valid G Class License with Clean Drivers Abstract
- Experience in the construction industry and/or operating road vehicles with a trailer.
- CSA-approved Work Boots
- Access to a vehicle to commute to and from work
- Knowledge of Heavy Civil Construction is preferred but not required.
