We are an active team of individuals passionate about what we do and serving our customers. We have a multifaceted business and need to add someone to the team who can work in many of the areas of our business.

We are willing to train someone who is great but we have some important requirements as well. If you take work seriously and want to do a good job, you may fit our team. If you want to bring a good attitude to your work environment and seek to serve customers to the best of your ability then you may be right for us.

What will you do? You will be learning some light butchery and sausage making, so you will need to be comfortable with a knife and working with equipment. You will serve customers who are passionate about quality products, so you will need a love of food and have a passion to learn. You will also have the opportunity to build Charcuterie Boxes, so you will need to be able to follow guidelines and customer requests. Reading comprehension is a skill and working along with customers allergies is important, so we need you to have this skill.

We also serve great coffee at an exacting level with top notch equipment and would be willing to train you on this down the road.

This position is Part Time at this time with day time hours, we are usually closed by 6:30pm at the latest, so we are a good fit for cooks and bartenders who have part time late night positions. We are looking for someone who can commit to 15-20 hours a week at this point.
