**Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, and in person in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products to assist customers in making informed decisions.
- Strong math skills for handling cash for instore customers.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Utilize data entry skills to maintain accurate customer records and update account information as needed.
- Analyze customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions and upsell relevant products or services.
- Maintain a positive attitude while managing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and Alberta Health Services procedures while delivering outstanding customer service.
- Making quality products, cutting pizzas and preparing orders for delivery or carry-out.

**Skills**
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively.
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships.
- Experience in upselling products or services is preferred.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Strong sales acumen with an understanding of phone etiquette to engage customers effectively.
