Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Account Manager, you will:
- Manage and grow a portfolio of existing clients in the skincare and medical spa industry.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Provide product training, support, and demonstrations to clients in English and French.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring long-term satisfaction.
- Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored solutions for client needs. - Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market developments. - Represent Derme&CO at trade shows, events, and conferences to promote our brand and products.
**Qualifications**:
- Bilingual: Fluent in English and French (spoken and written) is essential. - Experience in sales, account management, or business development, preferably in the skincare or medical spa industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused approach. - Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for skincare, medical aesthetics, and wellness.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Availability for occasional travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
