We are hiring Hybrid Call Center Agents to support a client in the financial sector. If you have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for helping customers, we’d love to see you apply

Compensation starting at $17.50/hour.

**What You'll Do**:

- Provide outstanding customer service by listening, understanding needs, and resolving issues.
- Navigate company systems to update customer information and process requests accurately.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while handling high-volume calls.
- Adhere to financial sector compliance and security protocols.

**What We're Looking For**:

- ** Customer Service Experience**: Previous experience in a customer service role is required. **Call center experience is preferred.**
- ** Strong Communication Skills**: Ability to engage customers with clarity, empathy, and professionalism.
- ** P**roblem**-Solving Ability**: Quick thinking and resourcefulness to resolve customer concerns.
- ** Schedule Flexibility**: Available for shifts between **8 AM - 8 PM Monday to Friday**
- ** Hybrid Work Setup**: First **30 days of training** will be **onsite** at our **Barrie office**. After training, a **minimum of 2 days per week onsite** is required.
