We are looking to hire a Property Manager who will be responsible to oversee our properties and assist in showings whenever needed. To be a successful Property Manager you should have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills as well as a talent for business management and distinguished conflict resolution skills. **About Our Company**: Royal York Property Management is a property rental and leasing company with a portfolio of over 13,000 properties, that offers guaranteed rental income. With 15 office locations across Ontario, Canada, and 2 office locations in Europe, the company is leading the potential in property management, and surpassing the client experience by having all departments operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. **Duties and Responsibilities**: - Show Units to Prospective Tenants. - Take photos and videos of the properties, make property assessments, move-ins, move-out inspections, etc. - Update the property owner with Vacant Status. - Assess New Properties. - Handout N4s and N11s. - Confirm property is "Ready For Move-in". - Step in when needed for Junior Property Managers. **Requirements and Qualifications**: - Post-Secondary Education with work experience in a related field. - Obtain a valid driver's license and your own reliable vehicle. - In-depth understanding of the real estate industry, including laws, policies, and best practices. - Must be a people person with a professional and outgoing personality. - Excellent organization and time management abilities. - Excellent customer service skills. - Efficient problem-solving and decision-making skills. - Effective communication skills, including verbal and written communication. - Multitasking and time management skills. - Collaboration and teamwork abilities. - Multilingual skills to communicate more effectively in diverse areas. - Availability to work 6 days a week; Must be able to work extended hours. - Must park Real Estate license if you have one. **Compensation**: - $60,000 base salary + tier commission structure + end of the year employee retention bonus. - Compensation for travel expenses **Benefits & Perks**: - 2 weeks vacation after the 12 Month Period. - 10 Personal Days and Sick Days per year. - Extended Healthcare Benefits. - Wellness Program. - Company Culture & Events.
