The Property Specialist position is primarily an in person sales position focused on selling our tenant placement and property management services to property owners.

As a Property Specialist you will be provided with appointments with property owners to go and conduct a property assessment and subsequently pitch our Tenant Placement and Property Management Services to Landlords.

To be successful in this role you must possess some degree of interest/passion for the real estate industry and possess extreme confidence and work well under pressure.

As the warm leads are already provided, you are expected to close 50% of the appointments and no less than 40%.

**Responsibilities**:

- Meet with landlords at their properties and pitch them on Qterra’s Tenant Placement & Property Management Services.
- Follow up with landlords
- Conduct property assessments
- Conduct photos and virtual tours
- Maintain great customer service

**Compensation**:

- **Base Salary
- Commission on properties leased

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Freelance
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $7,500.00-$12,000.00 per month

- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
