Qualifications for Property Managers on our team are as follows:
**MUST** be Licensed through CMRAO
- Minimum 2-3 years experience in managing condo properties.
- You must love dealing with people
- Strong organizational and negotiating skills,
- Excellent business management skills and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office software including Word, Excel and Outlook (Yardi Property Management preferred but not required)

Finally, a True Passion to deliver exceptional Customer Service is an absolute must, as we believe in building good relationships with all of our residents.
