Reporting to the Senior Director of Operations, you will oversee all aspects of resident care, safety, and quality of life, while managing the operational budget and ensuring compliance with standards and regulations. **The Site Administrator will**: - Model the organization’s mission, vision, and values, consistently representing Covenant professionally and positively. - Collaborate effectively as a professional team player, supporting the achievement of Covenant’s mission, vision, and values. - Engage and mobilize teams to fulfill Covenant’s mission, vision, values, and strategic objectives. **Key Responsibilities**: - Lead and support care and hospitality teams to deliver exceptional care. - Engage and mobilize teams to achieve strategic objectives. - Ensure compliance with all standards and regulations. - Foster a collaborative and inclusive environment. - Manage the site operational budget and resources effectively. **Leadership Qualities**: - Inspire and Motivate: Lead with vision and integrity. - Empower Teams: Foster accountability and professional growth. - Collaborate: Promote teamwork and inclusion. - Communicate: Maintain open and transparent dialogue. - Adapt: Demonstrate flexibility and resilience. **Qualifications**: - Degree in healthcare or a related field. - 3-5 years of experience in a continuing care setting. - 2 - 4 years of experience in a leadership position, in healthcare (multi-disciplinary teams) - Strong interpersonal skills and professional judgment. **Why Join Us**: Covenant Care offers a competitive compensation, benefits and opportunities for growth.
