**Responsibilities**
- Prepare all coffees/tea drinks on menu to the highest quality standards.
- Ensure best practices are maintained to meet customer expectations.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the coffee and retail baking area, adhering to food safety regulations.
- Assist customers with their selections, providing excellent customer service and answering any questions they may have about our drinks and products.
- Operate POS systems, cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately while maintaining a balanced cash drawer.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow during busy periods.

**Requirements**:

- Barista/Bakery experience preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with customers.
- Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures.
- Basic math skills for accurate measurement of ingredients and handling transactions.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations related to food service.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and teamwork mentality.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including early mornings, weekends, or holidays as needed.
