**The Opportunity**:
We’re looking for a driven, style-conscious, and customer-obsessed individual to join our retail front line team on a part-time seasonal contract. This role is especially critical during Calgary Stampede season, when the energy is high and our store is buzzing with both locals and visitors seeking the perfect pair of boots. You’ll be the face of Alberta Boot — welcoming clients, offering expert product knowledge, and creating a memorable in-store experience that reflects the heart of our brand during one of the most exciting times of the year

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Deliver an exceptional, personalized customer experience rooted in authenticity and expert product knowledge
- Support daily operations including sales, merchandising, inventory, and cleanliness
- Maintain a strong understanding of our products, heritage, and craftsmanship to educate and engage customers
- Consistently demonstrate attention to detail and pride in presentation
- Work collaboratively with the team to exceed sales goals and uphold brand standards

**Must Haves**:

- A natural communicator with a warm, engaging, and confident presence
- Proven track record of delivering best-in-class customer experiences in a high-touch retail environment
- Passionate about the western lifestyle, fashion, or heritage brands — with a strong personal sense of style
- Highly self-motivated, reliable, and solutions-oriented
- Thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting and welcomes feedback to continuously improve
- Strong sense of accountability and professionalism; you bring your best every day
- Physically able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs as needed
- Full availability for the mandatory training dates (May 12-14) and full-time scheduling requirements
