**Service Advisor**

**Position overview**

The Car Salon is excited to announce a full time opening in our mechanical division for an experienced Service Advisor This position will be key in delivering exceptional customer service to each client that comes in, quoting mechanical repairs, advising customers on required repairs and communicating with our Automotive Service Technicians or clients.

**Job duties**
- Delivering exceptional customer service to each client
- Scheduling maintenance, repairs and/or diagnostics for mechanical division
- Communicating with our Automotive Service Technicians and clients
- Quoting mechanical repairs properly and thoroughly (right parts, right labour times and total cost)
- Advising customers on required repairs/services and recommending other beneficial services/related repairs
- Flexibility to assist customers in other departments
- Keeping our showroom in presentable condition

**Job requirements**
- A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Service Advisor quoting mechanical repairs
- Experience as a Service Advisor, Service Writer, Service Consultant or Estimator
- A demonstrated history of creating and building exceptional relationships
