**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- **General Maintenance**: Perform routine maintenance tasks to keep properties in excellent condition.
- **Repairs**: Efficiently address and resolve repair issues to ensure resident satisfaction and property safety.
- **Property Inspections**: Conduct regular inspections to proactively identify and fix potential problems.
- **Renovations and Upgrades**: Assist with minor renovations and property upgrades to enhance value and appeal.
- **Customer Service**: Provide excellent service to our residents, ensuring their needs and concerns are promptly addressed.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with our property management team to ensure seamless operations and high standards of property care.
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in general maintenance, repairs, and property management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Reliable, punctual, and committed to delivering high-quality work.
- Flexibility to work 15-25 hours per week, with the possibility of adjusting hours based on workload.

Pay: $27.50-$35.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week
