**JOB SUMMARY**:
Responsible for daily building maintenance to ensure a clean, organized work environment in both buildings in Brampton, Ontario. Ensures all systems are functional and in good working order.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Facility # 1**:

- Sweep and wash fabrication washroom and warehouse floors.
- Maintain cleanliness of touch points, washrooms, lunchroom, and meeting room.
- Stock janitors' rooms with supplies.
- Dispose of cardboard, garbage, wood, and recyclables.
- Maintain exterior walkways during winter.
- Conduct monthly fire extinguisher inspections.
- Replace light bulbs as needed.
- Liaise with service vendors.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.

**Facility** # 2**:

- Dispose of cardboard and wood
- Stock janitors' rooms with supplies.
- Replenish dispensers daily.
- Deliver copy paper and assist with garbage and debris pickup.
- Conduct monthly fire extinguisher inspections.
- Liaise with service vendors.
- Back up support for company fleet program.
- Back up support for urgent part/product orders.
- Back up support for products/food for company events.

**SAFETY EQUIPMENT REQUIREMENT**:

- Eye protection, safety shoes, hearing protection, hi-visibility vest in warehouse areas, gloves when handling materials, mask when social distancing is not feasible.

**EDUCATION AND SKILL REQUIREMENT**:

- Minimum Grade 12 Education.
- Experience with an industrial floor cleaning machine.
- Forklift operation experience.
- Valid Ontario Driver’s Licence.
- 2-5 years related manufacturing/warehouse experience.
- General building maintenance experience.
- Ability to work independently, multitask, and prioritize.
- Customer service oriented.

**Salary**: $20 - 22/hr
