THE OPPORTUNITY

Aritzia is growing, and our Digital Design team is growing with it. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the team responsible for creating an aspirational online shopping experience throughout the customer journey. As a Manager, User Research, you will conduct research to evaluate our customer's experience and share relevant insights to support the delivery of Everyday Luxury in every interaction. THE ROLE

As the Manager, User Research, you will:

- Work with the appropriate Business Support partners to seamlessly lead the day-to-day function of the department in support of corporate objectives, while enabling progressive career development and an incredible employee experience.
- Generate and validate our strategic position and experience vision through user research methods
- Support the growth and development of our digital experiences by leading and executing user research studies
- Act as the steward of user research for our digital ecosystem and cross-functional areas
- Identify, triangulate, and distribute insights that drive improvements in digital experience in collaboration with cross-functional partners across Analytics, Voice of Customer, and AB Optimization

THE QUALIFICATIONS

The Manager, User Research has:

- Proven skills, education, and/or applicable certifications in:

- User Research Theory, Methodology, Execution, Analysis, Synthesis and Delivery.
- The ability to collaborate fluently with cross-functional partners.
- A commitment to quality and investing in results that add value to the business.

THE COMPENSATION

The typical hiring range for this position is $100,000 - $150,000 CAD per year.The final agreed upon salary may vary based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills and experience. Additionally, this position may be eligible for bonus.
