The
** Guest Service Representative** will be the first point of contact for our Guests and work with Recipe's branded restaurants to provide the perfect Guest experience each and every time. The
**Guest Service Representative **will be responsible for processing all Guest complaints, concerns and inquiries accurately while ensuring all standards are achieved.

**What you will do in this role**:

- Engage with Guests to create a lasting impression of positive Guest Experience for 10+ Recipe brands
- Monitor and engage with Guests on various social media and review platforms
- Ensure all concerns are escalated to the correct departments for review, as set out by department standards
- Perform other duties as assigned

**What we are looking for from you**:

- Positive attitude with the ability to work well independently and part of a dynamic team environment
- Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
- Exceptional organizational skills, ability to multi-task and high attention to detail.
- Must possess excellent telephone mannerisms
- Experience in Communications and Social Media is preferred
- French speaking and written communication skills are an asset
- High school diploma required and post-secondary education an asset
