Schedule: M-F 8AM - 430PM

Wage: $22.00 - 25.00/hour

Location: 66 wellington street west, Toronto ON

**Job Summary**:
The **Guest Experience Ambassador** is responsible for establishing a warm, welcoming, and professional atmosphere for all clients, executives and staff members at all times

Now, if you were to come on board as our **Guest Experience Ambassador**, we’d ask you to do the following for us:

- Provide high-level internal and external customer support
- Greet employees and visitors, escort all VIP guests
- Ensure daily optimal workspace occupancy
- Share information about the office, building, surrounding areas, transportation, local restaurants, and other points of interest
- Handle daily signage requirements for guest wayfinding
- Maintain building visitor list by managing the access badge process
- Weekly and daily communication with Experience Team
- Operate telecommunication systems and manage incoming calls
- Restock supplies daily throughout the reception and storage room
- Provide general travel support
- Work closely with facilities, local technology, and other workplace departments
- Carry out instructions for security, fire, health and safety guidelines
- Interface with vendors
- Conduct opening and closing walkthroughs when business requires
- Full understanding of security procedures

- Hospitality degree or experience in a luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
- Two to three years’ experience in front of house operations at a corporate office.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills, analytically inclined and a team player
- Ability to set priorities, manage multiple tasks and meet frequent deadlines
- Strong business acumen & professionalism
- Excellent listening and oral communication skills.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of office technology / equipment.
