We are seeking energetic and positive Retail Sales Associate to become an integral part of our team You will be responsible for selling products, merchandise, and services in a retail setting in order to drive company revenue.

**Responsibilities**:

- Welcome and identify customer needs
- Explain products and services to customers
- Monitor inventory to ensure product is in stock
- Enter and process customer orders
- Receive and input delivered inventories
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints
- Maintain clean environment for the customers and the staff members
- Comply to all standards, policies, and workplace safety requirements

**Qualifications**:

- **Be at least 19 years of age**
- **Must have Serving It Right certificate**
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to build rapport with customers
- Ability to handle cash and POS system
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong negotiation skills

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 6-18 per week

**Salary**: $16.75-$17.00 per hour
