We are looking for an energetic and outgoing person with a positive attitude to help lead our team. As a Shift Lead you will work alongside the management team to oversee the operations of the store, train and develop team members, and foster a fun and rewarding work environment.

**Type**
- Start Date: TBD Hours: Full-time
- Salary/Hourly: $19/hr Average Gratuities: $1-2 an hour

**Position Responsibilities**
- Supervise and maintain the operations of the store and its team.
- Provide and assist with team development and training.
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided.
- Assist with inventory control, scheduling and administrative tasks.
- Assist with product selection and promotion.

**To be eligible, applicants must meet the following qualification requirements**:

- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role.
- **Must be able to demonstrate product knowledge. Minimum WSET Level 1 or Cicerone Certified Beer Server, equivalent programs, or equivalent experience**.
- Be at least 19 years of age.
- A valid Serving it Right Certificate.
- Are able to lift 50lbs.
- Must be flexible and be able to work evenings and weekends.

**Salary**: From $19.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

- Day shift

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed
