We’re looking for a motivated and organized **Clinic Manager** to lead our team, implement systems and training, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
**Job Summary**
As the Clinic Manager, you will oversee all aspects of clinic operations, ensuring that processes are consistently followed, outcomes for patients are measured and improved, and the team is well-trained to deliver exceptional service. You’ll play a key role in maintaining high standards and fostering a positive environment for both staff and clients.
**Key Responsibilities**
- **Operations Management**:
- Oversee day-to-day clinic operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Monitor staff adherence to protocols, including cleaning, documentation, and safety standards.
- Manage schedules, inventory, and clinic supplies to support operations without interruptions.
- **Training and Development**:
- Develop and implement comprehensive training programs for new and existing staff.
- Conduct regular refresher training sessions to ensure skills and knowledge stay up-to-date.
- Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to ensure consistent performance.
- **Systems Implementation**:
- Establish and enforce systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Regularly review and update processes to align with industry best practices and legal requirements.
- Implement tools for tracking patient outcomes and clinic performance metrics.
- **Team Leadership**:
- Build a motivated and cohesive team by fostering open communication and collaboration.
- Address staff concerns, resolve conflicts, and ensure a supportive work environment.
- Act as a role model in delivering excellent client care and following clinic standards.
- **Quality Control**:
- Ensure all treatments and procedures meet the highest quality and safety standards.
- Conduct regular audits of charting, photo documentation, and treatment settings.
- Analyze patient feedback and take action to address any concerns or areas for improvement.
- **Outcome Measurement**:
- Track and report patient outcomes to ensure consistent success across all services.
- Use data to identify trends, set goals, and implement improvements in service delivery.
**Qualifications**
- **Experience**:
- Proven experience in clinic management, healthcare, or a related field (med spa experience preferred).
- Background in implementing training programs and operational systems.
- **Skills**:
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to measure and improve outcomes.
- Proficiency in using clinic management software and tools (e.g., Jane or similar platforms).
