Real Estate Buyers Salesperson

**Responsibilities**:
- Compile representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds, and leases for homebuyers for a seamless transaction and positive sales experience
- Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
- Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
- Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale

- Hold open houses to engage with potential clients and introduce them to their local real estate market
- Turn prospective homebuyers into qualified leads by continuously following up and facilitating communication and adding them to the sales pipeline
- Find potential homebuyers and give them information on properties that meet their needs and fit within their budget
- Be the main point of contact between buyer and seller to ensure a successful sale
- Work hard, have fun
**Qualifications**:
- Valid U.S. driver’s license with the ability to travel by car
- Experience with the local real estate market and general trends
- An established track record of successful real estate sales
- At least one year of experience as a buyer’s agent or relevant real estate experience
- Has superb interpersonal and communication skills
- Possess the ability to connect with a variety of personalities
- Completes tasks quickly and efficiently
- Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
- Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
- Always has a professional demeanor

- Must be able to give full-time attention to this Real Estate career

Pay: $90,000.00-$110,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
- Commission pay
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- On call
- Weekend availability
