We are hiring a Store Manager / Store Execution Leader — someone who takes full ownership of store results, enforces standards, and runs a disciplined operation without constant oversight.
Internally, we refer to this role as a Store Execution Leader. That means this is an execution-first leadership role, not a "culture-only" or "senior salesperson" position.

- Owning weekly store sales and performance results
- Leading daily execution on the sales floor
- Holding team members accountable to clear standards
- Running clean store operations (open/close, inventory, presentation)
- Coaching performance and correcting issues in real time
- Communicating clearly and professionally with senior leadership
- Escalating issues early — with proposed solutions
- You own the weekly number without being chased
- The store runs with structure and consistency
- Under-performance is addressed directly and professionally
- Leadership hears solutions, not surprises
