**Overview**
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Marketer to join our team. In this role, you will be the face of our brand, engaging with potential customers in various settings to promote our products and services. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to driving sales and enhancing customer satisfaction. This position requires a proactive individual who is comfortable working in the field and can adapt to different environments.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and assess their needs.
- Engage with customers through product demonstrations, events, and promotional activities.
- Communicate product benefits clearly and persuasively to drive sales.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective marketing strategies.
- Utilize public speaking skills to present products at events and trade shows.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and feedback for future marketing efforts.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials that resonate with target audiences.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in customer service or sales roles is preferred.
- Must have 5 years of experience in Hospitality or banquet event leads
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for success in this position.
- Experience with product demonstrations or public speaking is a plus.
- Ability to work independently while being part of a collaborative team environment.
- A passion for marketing and a willingness to learn about new products and industry trends are essential.

Pay: $2,000.00 per month

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
- Overtime pay
