**Position Overview**:
The Junior Service Coordinator supports both warranty services and order processing. This role involves managing warranty requests, processing customer orders, and performing data entry tasks. A basic understanding of CAD will be helpful to assist with product specifications and order details.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Process and track warranty service requests and order entries, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain accurate data records for both warranty and order management within our systems.
- Assist with order processing, preparing documentation, and verifying product details to support the order lifecycle.
- Use basic CAD knowledge to review product specifications and assist in order details.
- Provide status updates and ensure clear communication with team members and customers regarding orders and service requests.
- Perform additional data entry and administrative tasks to support warranty and order functions.

**Qualifications**:

- **Experience**: 1-3 years in customer service, warranty service, order processing, or data entry role.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- **Computer Skills**: Proficient in MS Outlook, Excel, and Word; basic CAD knowledge is required.
- **Attention to Detail**: Excellent organizational and follow-up skills with attention to accuracy.
- **Problem-Solving**: Analytical mindset with a solution-oriented, results-driven approach.
- **Dependability**: Self-starter with a commitment to consistent attendance and reliability.
