We are currently looking for an experienced **JR Quality Manager **to join our organization.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Plan, coordinate, and implement organizational quality program to ensure continuous production delivery objectives that are consistent with established standards
- Notify Senior Management Team on quality results and identify quality policy breaches and develop recommendations for corrective and preventative improvement
- Promote quality within the organization and facilitate training for quality systems, methods and tools
- Coordinate and handle on-site audits conducted by external providers
- Quality planning for new product introduction
- Assess and monitor customer and product issues in non-conformance reports; Responsible for product quality issues and timely response to customers to ensure overall customer satisfaction to meet profitability objectives
- Support all departments in the development of procedures and policies to ensure consistency in methods to deliver organizational quality objectives
- Develop, maintain and improve the quality system as needed corresponding with the requirements of ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Standards
- Audit system and document internal audits to ensure compliance and prevention of quality issues and evaluate their efficacy
- Respond to requests from external and internal customers as well as suppliers regarding our quality systems
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements

**Qualifications**:

- Knowledge in metal fabrication and various types of metal (mild steel, aluminum, etc.)
- University degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in an ISO environment
- Minimum 3 years’ experience and/or training as a Q.C. Manager, with proven experience developing and implementing successful programs concentrated on both quality initiatives/processes and productivity improvements
- Quality inspection, auditing and testing experience
- Ability to handle competing assignments to meet deadlines
- Knowledge of tools, concepts, methodologies and regulatory requirements of Q.C.
- Excellent communication skills (written & oral)
- Attention to detail
