**Key Responsibilities**:

- Producing and reviewing miscellaneous correspondence, reports, specifications, spreadsheets, and other documents, including background documents as required
- Assist in all aspects of the tendering process
- Prepares detailed firm, budget and unit price estimates for labour, materials, equipment, permits, etc.
- Liaise with field staff to determine equipment productivities and construction
- Develops tender submissions and respond to post-tender inquires
- Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies
- Supporting business development initiatives including proposal/bid submission documentation and maintain project list and contact list
- Various data entry tasks including schedule development and updates
- Organizing and attending meetings; producing minutes as required.
- Processing time cards and payroll data entry of Unionized Employees

**Qualifications/Requirements**:

- Relevant post-secondary Diploma or Degree
- Previous estimating experience is required, preferably in piping
- Experience with construction/project administration
- Proposal and contract coordination are a valuable asset
