Brymark Installations Group Inc. is a prominent player in the industry and we are seeking an experienced Intermediate Estimator to be a part of our team. **Position**: Intermediate Estimator
**Location**: Porth Coquitlam
**Type**: Full-time, Permanent

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare detailed estimates for projects that involve multiple disciplines. This includes determining the necessary materials, assessing potential risks, and analyzing labor productivity.
- Review project specifications and contract documents for construction management and large lump sum projects.
- Create RFQ/RFP packages and select the most competitive pricing from subtrades and vendors.
- Develop conceptual and budget estimates based on historical data and benchmarking.
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, stakeholders, and trade contractors.
- Identify potential risks and opportunities for projects and suggest strategies for cost-saving.
- Develop and update construction schedules and workforce loading documents.
- Provide support to the construction execution team as needed.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Postsecondary diploma or degree in a related discipline or Technical School certification
- Gold Seal Certified, LEED Accredited, and other relevant certifications are assets
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and Adobe/Bluebeam
- Familiarity with Primavera P6, On-Screen Takeoff, and HCSS
- Industrial site experience with pipefitting, ironworking, and millwright trades
- Understanding of structural steel, mechanical equipment, and piping erection best practices
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to read and understand construction/engineering documents
