**Position Overview**

As a **Customer Service Specialist**, you will be the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and feedback. You will liaise closely with our operations team, warehouse team, and front-line staff to provide seamless service and resolve issues efficiently. Your goal is to uphold our brand values and ensure that every customer leaves with a positive impression of our tea room and brand.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and order issues with empathy and efficiency.
- Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth order fulfillment and delivery processes.
- Work with the warehouse team to track inventory and address product-related inquiries.
- Partner with front-line team members to provide insights from customer feedback and enhance the guest experience.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Provide administrative support to the office teams and managers

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Experience**: 1+ year in hospitality, retail, or e-commerce.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to think on your feet, resolve issues independently, and provide thoughtful solutions.
- **Team Player**: Collaborative attitude with a proactive approach to working with multiple departments.
